Core criteria:  Core should be shipped with actuator (unless ATS turbo was received without an actuator). Missing or damaged actuators will be deducted $75. Please remove oil drain/feed line and water hard pipes. Please leave the water block off plate (installed opposite water pipes) attached.  Turbochargers needing seals and or bearings only will receive 100% refund. Cores needing the bearing housing machined and or the turbine shaft machined will be deducted $100 for each service. Missing studs are deducted at $2 each. If studs are broken off in the exhaust housing this is deducted at $50 each. Because ATS upgrades 95% of the CT26’s we receive, damage to the compressor wheel is acceptable. Cores can not be fully evaluated until they are completely disassembled. Checking shaft play externally is not an accurate measure of condition. ATS may take up to 30 days for core inspection and refund.
